My initial meeting with Victoria impressed me in several ways. Being a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure
         what to expect when using a Realtor. She was prompt in meeting me when ti was convenient for my 
         schedule.  She also had a wealth of information about the current housing market price and what types of
         houses I would expet to find in my price range in the location I desired. A folder was prepared for me 
         containing listings of homes that fit my criteria and all the necessary information related to buying a house
         through Coldwell Banker.

         When looking for houses, Victoria was also sensitive to my time schedule and was able to show me
          several homes to look at while still being mindful of my work schedule. As I viewed each house, she was
          able to show me features I should pay careful attention to and features that would be important to me as
          a long-term homeowner, such as neighborhood and other aesthetics. In addition, she was able to assist
          me in researching listings using the Internet.

          As I finally was ready to make my final decision, Victoria was with me every step of the way. She
          helped in getting all the necessary arrangements for a mortgage broker, home inspector, and concierge
          services. She warmly greeted me at the closing and sat next to me throughout the entire process.

          Victoria was extremely professional throughout the overwhelming task of searching for a home.

          I sincerely enjoyed my experience with her.
